    Concert Tuning & Service

    3hrs — $450

    This premium service is offered to both venues and pianists.

    For venues: schedule this service to ensure the piano is ready for performance day.

    For pianists: schedule this service to be done on the instrument you’re performing on.

    This service includes a concert tuning, as well as a light voicing and regulation for optimal repetition, control and tone.

    Service Call

    1 hr — $100

    This is a dedicated service appointment that is not intended as an add-on.

    Service Calls may be scheduled if:

    Your piano went out of tune sooner than expected due to weather changes, moving it, etc.

    You need a repair done.

    Or if you need a technician to come look at your piano.

    Deep Cleaning

    1 hr — $125

    A deep cleaning involves either taking out the action for grands, or taking apart the action for uprights. By removing dust and debris, this protects the action from deterioration which accelerates wear and tear from use. Protect your piano by scheduling a cleaning today!

    Assessment

    30 mins — $50

    Add an assessment to your tuning or cleaning appointment if you would like to know how to improve your piano and what work would be recommended. Estimates and condition reports can be made upon request.

    Simple Repair

    15 mins — $50

    Add this service to your tuning appointment if you need a repair such as a sticking key, squeaky pedal, or a buzzing or rattling sound.

    If the repair is more involved and exceeds $50, your technician will let you know before doing any work.

    Replace a Broken String

    30m — $75

    If you have a string, or multiple strings, that broke in your piano, schedule this service to have a technician come and either fix it or replace it.

    Depending on the repair needed, sometimes strings can be salvaged and other times they require a replacement. Your technician will let you know what the repair will require after assessing the broken string(s).
